I’ve had the chance to win 2 entry tickets for the Optima Open, the belgian stop of the ATP Champions Tour, so I spent a nice day last Friday in Knokke-Heist, Belgium.

Situated in the heart of the country’s Flemish-speaking Flanders region, Knokke-Heist is considered to be one of Belgium’s most exclusive and affluent seaside resorts.

I was at Roland Garros today, not for the womens final because I didn’t manage to get tickets (by the way, congrats to Na Li for her historic victory) but for the Trophée des Légendes.

But first, on Court 7 today, an exhibition between Jim Courier, Andre Agassi, Mansour Bahrami and young players of the Longines Future Tennis Aces tournament.

In the third game of the match, Courier runs into trouble on his serve: the game goes to 6 deuces, before Edberg breaks. From then on, it’s a perfect display of serve and volley tennis, and Edberg captures his first US Open title with a 6-2 6-4 6-0 masterpiece victory. Edberg put on one of the best performances in a Grand Slam final.

Nike ads with John McEnroe – part 1

Shhhh (1994?)

A really creative commercial with Big Mac, Andre Agassi, Jim Courier, Richard Krajicek and Cédric Pioline.

Longest point ever (1996) with Andre Agassi and Pete Sampras

One of my favorites Agassi-Sampras commercial (with Guerilla Tennis). Nike dreamed it, Isner-Mahut did it.
