40XV (Forty – Fifteen) is a Singapore-based tennis services company specializing in tennis club management and services. We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified teaching professional to join our team in Singapore. The successful applicant will be part of the coaching team at one of Singapore’s most prestigious clubs.

The demand & expectation for quality instruction is high, and the successful applicant will be looking at 40+ hours a week on court.

Jobscope / Responsibilities:

Private Lessons (Adult and Junior)
Group Lessons (Adult and Juniors)
Adult Tennis Clinics and Junior Tennis Camps
Assist in the running of some club events such as Junior Tournaments
Minor administrative duties

Requirements:

40XV requires its professionals to possess a high level of inter-personal and motivational skills. The successful applicant must be diverse in being able to engage lessons on a broad demographic such as young 3 year-olds, ladies social players and corporate clients.

Qualifying Criteria:

Minimum Club Professional qualification or international equivalent
University Degree (Preferred)
Minimum 2 years working within a club environment
Exceptional inter-personal and motivational skills
High level of technical knowledge
Energetic with a positive work attitude
High level of professionalism with regards to image, conduct & discipline
Basic computer skills

Renumeration:

40XV coaching staffs are paid a guaranteed monthly salary as well as commission bonuses based on total monthly hours. A 3-month probation period is applicable for all incoming staff. In addition, coaches will receive racket sponsorship and 3 clothing drops per year. Details will be discussed with applicants.
