You can play on the courts of no less than 42 different venues, ranging from playgrounds to the most prestigious arenas including:
– Rod Laver Arena (Australian Open)
Court Philippe Chatrier (Roland Garros)
The Arthur Ashe Stadium (US Open)
– Indian Wells Tennis Garden (BNP Paribas Open)
– Sony Ericsson Open in Miami
BNP Paribas Masters of Paris
– The O2 Arena in London (Barclays ATP World Tour Finals)

Everything is there to make the user feel like they’re playing a live tennis match. The match presentation has also been updated: players wait in the tunnel and enter the court while the speaker announces the matchup, cameras are placed around the courts as they would be for a television broadcast, on screen statistics appear at key moments…

King of the Court mode:

King of the Court can be played with 1 to 4 players, strictly offline. The mode is based on very quick matches to a pre-determined amount of points – first player to 3, 5 or 7 points.
At the end of each match, the loser leaves the court and a new challenger tries to defeat the winner. Matches are played one after another until either a player has won a certain amount of matches or a certain amount of matches have been played, at which time a King of the Court is declared.
Some of the King of the Court customizable settings include:
– the players (pros, legends or created players)
– the duration of each match
– the court

World Tour mode:

I haven’t played the demo so I can’t talk about the gameplay but just a few words about the graphics and the players:
– some players are really hard to recognize: Courier, Rafter and especially Wozniacki, who looks like a mix of Kournikova and Dementieva.
– there’s not enough pro players. No Clijsters, no Soderling, no Del Potro… Really, who wants to play with Gilles Simon or Eugenie Bouchard. By the way, who the hell is she?
– why no female legends? I would like to play a good old Evert-Navratilova, Graf-Seles or Sanchez-Sabatini
– and finally: tennis is not tennis without Wimbledon.

Top Spin 4 is available for PS3, Wii and XBOX. Will you buy the game?
